Hi Lizelle

Thank you for a wonderful holiday in Centara Karon Phuket. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Everything was well done and we also had a free tour.

The next holiday will have to be clubmed.

Hi Lizelle

Definitely would recommend the Pullman if they looking for a relaxed type of vacation. Khao Lak is about 2 hour drive from Phuket and the location seems to be quite remote.

They have lovely beaches however they have a small town and using the hotel shuttle to the town would cost about 200 baht per person for one way (so it not exactly cheap). If you not willing to pay the travel fee to go into town, your options for food are limited and you are almost forced to eat at the hotel and their prices are a bit high which can be expected from a 5 star resort I guess.

Its not as lively as Karon Beach so it’s a very restful and serene location and if that is what the couple wants, it is exactly what they will get. There is also lots of activities for them to get involved in.

With regards to the holding deposit (the funds are reserved, not actually withdrawn from the account) and Pullman requires 2000 thai baht per night to be reserved on arrival.

Dear Kirsty

I hope you are well, I would like to give you some feedback regarding our Honeymoon.

It was fantastic, everything was amazing. Merlin Beach Resort was incredible, the staff, the food, the room was all outstanding and it really helped that we were a few KM’s away from Patong.

The flight was really nice, Qatar is definitely the best I ever flew with.

The Transfers from and to the hotel was really good they were on time and the minibuses was really comfortable.

The experience was really amazing and we really enjoyed it, I would like to thank you for a great honeymoon.

There is no doubt in my mind that we will make use of you guys in the future.

Kind regards

Kirsty Smit

Hi PollyP1030593

Thank you so much for booking an absolutely fantastic holiday.

It was so professionally done, from our first encounter via email, all our requests and requirements were met with a smile.

Etihad was a fantastic airline, there service exceeded expectations, as well as their meals they offered. Our transfers from airports to hotels and back to airports, made our travels so simple and carefree, and we were always met with a smile and driven in style to our destinations.

Duangjitt, our resort in Phuket, I will highly recommend. It was beautiful and gorgeous green gardens and pools. It was also south enough of Patong, to be out of the hustle and bustle of the busy town however close enough to walk to enjoy the beach and night life. The staff were so friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already saving to return there.

Su, your tour lady, met us there and make recommendations of which tours to go to, without pushing them on us. She was very accommodating and lovely to meet. We decided on 2 tours. We went on a Speed boat to Phi-Phi islands and surrounding islands, which was divine. The 2nd tour we did was the Canoe trip to the Hongs, which was also delightful. We did not do all the others, as we are saving them for our return. :)

Our hotel in Bangkok, was beautiful and we were upgraded again, into an Executive Suite, which was so appreciated. The hotel, their staff and food was amazing as well.

Our whole trip from beginning to end was done with such professionalism and commitment to giving us the best holiday we could experience. We will be sure to book through Polly again and I have already passed on your details to 3 families, looking to do the same.

I have attached some pictures too…

Chat soon and THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Hi Edwina and Team,

I have to thank you for all the arrangements made for our honeymoon in Thailand in the month of May. Sorry for only responding now but I have been running around nonstop these past two months.

We indeed had an amazing time over there and will always just have fond memories of our honeymoon thanks to the excellent arrangements. The flights are very nice with Thai Airways and I recently learned how good it actually was compared to a flight I had to Kenya on Kenya Airways (business).

The passport photos are definitely not very flattering so I have attached a photo or two for you.

First of all the ground handling staff is very good and they were always waiting for us ready to go.

The stay in Phuket was very nice, the hotel is just in a very busy street but it did not have any effect on our stay.

The Phi-Phi Island resort is also very nice, the rooms aren't as nice as the other two hotels but the area is amazing with the bluest sea I have ever seen.

The hotel in AoNang is the best of the three and the town is very nice.

While in Phuket we did a city tour which included some temples, went on a day trip to James Bond island which included canoeing and swimming. We also went to see the Phuket FantaSea which is very interesting showcase to see.

While at the Phi-Phi Island we went on a half day snorkelling trip which was amazing and one of the stop overs was Maya Beach where they apparently made the movie The Beach.

In AoNang we did some shopping on the first day and a snorkelling trip which wasn't too great because the water was real murky because of the weather.

All in all the trip was great with maybe two days where we did not have good weather but it did not change the fact that we had an amazing time. The flight back feels so much longer though.

Thanks again for all your arrangements it was really well planned.

Hi Hayley

I’m so sorry for such a delayed response to your email.

Firstly, thanks a million for organising such a fantastic holiday. It has been more than we ever expected – what an experience!!

Apart from missing our JHB flight – it was smooth sailing from flight number 2! Polly and yourself were absolute angels – being so patient with me calling literally every 2minutes to check if I made the next flight. Your service was amazing and I’ve recommended a few of my friends that’s about to get married.

As for the holiday…

Del and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – the ambience, the experience, the location all felt like we were part of a movie scene. Clubmed Phuket was friken amazing!! Apart from our rooms being a few blocks from the main activity areas (about 800meters or so), the location was perfect. The entertainment and food was great, the bartenders were awesome (J), the overall experience was just fantastic.

A BIG thank you to you and your team for such excellent and professional service. And thank you for the great suggestions during the planning phase – we definitely didn’t go wrong booking Clubmed Phuket.

We will definitely keep in touch to make further bookings. We want to do a Eurotrip next – so keep an eye out for us – Maybe towards the latter part of next year.

Hope that all of my referrals became HOT LEADS and you are able to give me excellent deals on my next booking -

Oh, I’ve attached some pictures as requested.

Take care,

Terence & Del

Hi Edwina,just honeymoons client feedback15

Firstly, we would like to say thank you for going the extra mile to accommodate our requirements!  We look forward to booking more holidays with you in the future and have recommended your services to others as well!

Thailand is an amazingly wild, busy and beautiful place!  Everything went off seamlessly from airport transfers, to stunning accommodation.  Thai Airlines was nice, we just missed the little bag with the toothbrush, socks and eye-covers.

Alan had a blast buying clothes, I'm sure he won't need to buy any for a very long time! I on the other hand did not enjoy the "one size fits all policy" they seem to have for the ladies!  I would definately recommend taking your own clothes with and not to rely on shopping for everything when you get there! (We only packed one change of clothes and pyjamas! The Pathumwan Princess Hotel was a perfect choice and we loved the fact that you could walk straight from the lobby into the MBK Shopping Centre!

There is so much to do in Thailand, I feel that 7 nights is just not enough!  Our favourite activity was the snorkelling at the Similan Islands of Pa Nga Island (Phuket). It is far less commercialised than Phi Phi Islands, although that was also a lovely trip.

In Bangkok, the highlight was the night time river cruise that included dinner and live entertainment! And the temples and palaces were so breathtaking.  I don't normally take to other religions very readily, but I was in awe of what I saw!

A tip for people taking kids - don't stay anywhere near Bangla Road! Woah, what an eye opener!  We enjoyed the Kee Resort in Phuket, because it was right in the hub of everything and never had to hire transport!

I also need to mention the cashew nut factory - wow, never knew about the cashew fruit and had never seen a cashew nut tree - and I adore cashews!

There is so much to mention really and its so hard to put it all into words!  I will forward a few pictures in a couple of days as we are having trouble with our ADSL line.  Hopefully it will be sorted out this week-end.

Thanks again, and look forward to dealing with you in the near future.

Kind regards

Alan and Candice

Hi Ed,

We had the most amazing holiday thank you. Oz feels like a bit of a blur and it rained everyday so we spent most of the time at home with our family friends.

Nora Buri is an awesome hotel but the trick is to have a beachside villa like we had so you are right on the beach and don’t look on to the roofs of the other villas. The hotel is built on a hill but there are buggies that cart you around, the elevation gives you beautiful views. The beach is private but too difficult to walk on as it is like gravel with stones and coral and it is difficult to swim in the sea because of this. The soft sand is definitely the main beach in Chaweng BUT the peace and quiet and beauty is where we were.

Our beach side villa was gorgeous, one of the best luxury rooms we have ever stayed in on our travels. I thinks it is the hotels best room as it is used in all their advertising material. J We spent a lot of time there as it was right next to the main pool, beach bar and of course the beach. The breakfasts were ok, pretty much the same in all hotels I suppose.

We went into Chaweng every night to shop and for dinner, we loved the vibe there. Dave had suits made and a couple of shirts which made him super happy! He didn’t like it that we were so far out of Chaweng but I didn’t mind it, it took us about 4 minutes to get there by cab and cost about 200BT one way. I liked being away from the madness.

We visited the marine park which was stunning and a fun day out. We went with Grand Tours, it would have been better if there were less people on the boat as we were pretty crammed in and the boat ride out was over an hour! If was a full day trip, it would have been better if we had done a  ½ day.

Koh Phanang was lovely too! Much prettier than Samui. We loved Santhiya, the fact that it is traditionally Thai is what makes it special. Our sea view villa plus was awesome, we weren’t 100% happy with our view as only a small portion of it was of the sea and the rest of it was of a cute lake in the resort. Our villa was also quite far away from the main part of the hotel which was a bit of a pain because their buggy system wasn’t great, but you have to be high up if you want a sea view from your villa so it’s a bit of a catch 22.

We went on two dives dives the one day – one dive would have been enough but the dive company does two per day so we didn’t have a choice. Very cheap and the equipment was suitable.

The village near Santhiya was very quiet (literally a small sandy street) but we ate there every night at all the different restaurants – it was best Thai food that we ate all holiday!

We were super happy with our hotel in Bangkok. We shopped up a storm so it was great that we were right there at MBK. We actually popped back to our hotel room a couple of times during the shopping spree to put the shopping down so that we didn’t have to lug it around all day with us and then we could also carry more. We had to buy two extra suit cases to bring everything back with us!!

The transfers were all great, everything ran smoothly like a well-oiled machine, we didn’t have any hiccups! Thai airways was great, we managed to upgrade our seats for the flight to Sydney at the airport which was lucky.

We had the perfect mix of alone time and then fun with Taryn and Brod when they were on the islands and Bangkok with us. Thailand is definitely a holiday that you can and should do with friends.

Attached are some pics, I will send more through in a separate mail.

Our Honeymoon Resorts

Hi Desire

Just to say “thank you” for all that you have done for us to make Brian and Lisa’s honeymoon a great one! I am also sooooo glad you offered and we did the travel insurance – Lisa ended up being in hospital yesterday with drips for rehydration due to food/water poisoning. What a mission it would have been had we not done the insurance, but we are ever so grateful that your advices were followed!

Again “thanks” for the great service!
